The possibility to rapidly switch from one process to the other, coupled by precision, quality, automation and execution speed, are the elements that characterize LC5, making it truly one of a kind. The LC5 goes over the concept of sheet metal cutting system with can “also” cut tube, and vice versa: it offers two process capabilities


that are completely different and distinct but joined by a common footprint to work at maximum performance levels by cutting both tube and sheet.


Technology


LS5 and LC5 are offered with fiber laser source up to 8kW. The reliability of the process and cutting quality are guaranteed by a comprehensive cutting parameter database, which includes years of applicative field experience. The system is equipped with a Zoom cutting head which adjusts the focal length to the material


type optimizing the cutting process and results.


The fully automatic nozzle change system is a time saving resource when a high automation level is required while processing different material types and thicknesses. The part program dictates when the material characteristics have changed, and the nozzle is automatically exchanged.
