Provincial Exhibition in Armstrong has prided itself on being an agricultural showcase. This year was no exception. More than 150,000 visitors attended BC’s largest agricultural. fair August 29- September 2. The largest 4-H showing in


several years saw 16 clubs and 130 members participate, as well as 575 farm exhibitors displaying dairy, beef, swine, sheep and goats. The light horse show was the largest ever, with 230 classes almost filled to capacity. The dairy show also broke records with good showings by Holstein and Jersey exhibitors. The fair's charity of choice was Enderby and District Community Resource Centre, which received close to $6,000 from the 4-H auction and 50/50 draw.
