One of the most highly acclaimed chefs with more awards than you can shake a stick at, he is also incredibly realistic about life, telling me that the highlight of his incredible career has to be having his children. We chat about Christmas traditions, his hugely popular academy, why he loves meeting people and how even before his son’s battle with cancer he would give generously to anyone who asked.
