Northamptonshire Business Awards 2018 Best Use of Technology

What the judges said “ID Card Centre Ltd showed such

clear tracking of the impact on their business from all the different technologies they’ve deployed - and the company’s exponential growth from that technology is very impressive.”

Jonathan Staples of J motion video productions presents ID Card Centre Ltd with their award Winner: ID Card Centre Ltd

The Best Use of Technology award was presented to ID Card Centre Ltd. The company, which is a leading provider of

ID badge and access control products and services, received the award for demonstrating that it had fully exploited the range of technology available to help business growth. Business development director Nicola O’Brien

said: “I’m thrilled by this award because exploiting technology to help grow our business was not something that came naturally to me. I finished my maternity leave early so I could get to grips with it and I’m delighted how it’s worked.

“We have put together a great system that

has helped streamline processes, improve customer service and this in turn has made everyone’s lives better.” Managing director Ben O’Brien added: “We

are constantly evolving so that we continually improve customer experience, efficiency and outperform stiff competition.” The accolade was the second on the night for

ID Card Centre Ltd which had earlier won the award for High Growth Business of the Year. The Best Use of Technology award was sponsored by J motion video productions.
