Glengoyne 15 year old Dubunnet Chai tie syrup Pan de spices syrup Caramel liqueur 20ml lime juice
75ml fresh apple juice Egg white
The top will be caramelized with icing sugar Garnish with spiral of lime zest
3. Fireside Hot Chocolate: Stolichnaya Vodka
This will warm the cockles of everyone’s heart.
1 ½ parts Stolichnaya Vanilla 4 parts hot chocolate Marshmallows
Combine ingredients in a pre-warmed mug. Finish with marshmallows and dust with
cinnamon sprinkles. 4. Bloody Mary: Absolut Vodka
This one perhaps more for the morning after Christmas day!
1½ Parts Absolut Vodka 5 Parts Tomato Juice 4 Dashes Hot Sauce
1/3 Part Worcestershire Sauce 1/3 Part Lemon Juice 1 Pinch Ground black pepper 1 Pinch Garlic Salt 1 Wedge Lemon 1 Stick Celery
5. Raspberry Black Pepper Champagne Cocktail: Nyetimber English Sparkling
Start the evening off wth this one for a great night of Christmas carolling.
1/2 cup of water 1/2 cup of sugar
3 pints of fresh raspberries, rinsed 2 oranges, juiced 3 to 4 ounces of vodka 1 bottle of champagne 1/4 cup of turbinado sugar 1/4 cup of freshly cracked black pepper & lemon wedges

2. The Gin Kitchen “Gutsy Fever”
The Gin Kitchen don’t just know how to distil spirits, they also know how to drink them! Place all of these ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard with lots of ice. Double strain and serve in a chilled martini glass with a stem or two of coriander and a spiral of lime zest to garnish.
