ADS SUPPLIED ELECTRONICALLY Accepted Programs: Print optimized PDF, Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop in a MAC or PC format. Files sent by e-mail should be compressed in ZIP or SIT formats (must include PDF proof), or rasterized and saved as 300 dpi JPEG. All files must be plate output ready and include necessary support files, fonts and graphics. Additional charges applicable for any file that must be modified. Laser proof must accompany disk. Contact the production department for more information.


PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS Payment of One-Time or First insertions for new client must be prepaid. Otherwise payment is due NET 30 days of invoice. Please make cheques payable to: Mill Pond Publishing Inc.

We will hold artwork or negatives on file for a period of up to 12 months from last insertion. If you have not called to reclaim them in that 12 months the artwork or negatives may be destroyed.
