Medallions of smoked salmon and goat’s cheese terrine with capers and gherkin served with crusty bread. Twice baked cheese soufflé with petit salad and spicy tomato chutney. Smoked duck salad with pine nuts and cherry dressing.
Sage and chestnut stuffed turkey leg and escalope of turkey breast, pigs in blankets, Christmas trimmings and roasting gravy. Beef fillet and foie gras with fondant potato, spinach, baby vegetables and a rich wild mushroom sauce Oven-roasted butternut squash stuffed with quinoa and cranberry with a toasted parmesan crust. Pan seared monkfish with curried lentils and vegetables and crispy parma ham.
Christmas pudding and brandy sauce.
