he Institute of Noetic

Sciences Austin (IONS Austin) will present Te Relics of the Buddha & You—Te Sci- ence of Intention and Realization of Human Potential: Lessons from the Buddha’s Relics with Nisha Manek,

M.D., at 7 p.m., October 2, at the Unity Church of the Hills, in Austin. Manek will share her personal connection with the relics, as well as her subtle energies work with William Tiller, Ph.D., Stanford University professor emeritus, with Austin’s holistic and consciousness communities. Manek experienced firsthand the profound impact the relics

have on people coming into their presence. “By inviting the Bud- dha relics into my family home, I had the unique privilege of cre- ating sacred space and witnessed people experiencing profound shiſts in consciousness, with reports of ailments being healed and emotional and mental states being liſted in the presence of the relics,” she explains. Te relics survived for more than 2,500 years since originating

Transform Love Relationships from the Inside-Out

N

oelle Davis, a certified love and relationship coach, will

host a Calling in “Te One” work- shop from 3 to 5 p.m., September 16, and is starting a group series for women beginning October 7. She states, “Unsuccessful and

hurtful relationship patterns are common in our culture. People who have experienced negative relation- ship interactions may tend to bury emotions and use self-talk such as, ‘I’m fine on my own,’ but the truth is they long to be part of a loving and supportive relationship. Tese patterns can be broken. No matter what has happened in the past, it is absolutely possible to have a bright future in love.” Calling in “Te One”, a seven-step process created by Kath-

erine Woodward Tomas, a marriage and family therapist and bestselling author, offers the path and tools needed to attract love. Most approaches to finding love focus on overcoming external obstacles such as differences between the genders, how to com- municate in ways that make us appear desirable or the stages of dating. Because of this, many people make the mistake of looking outside themselves to understand why they don’t have the love they desire. Tis can lead to false conclusions. Instead, the Calling in “Te One” process guides participants

to overcome their internal obstacles to love, such as deep beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns that are keeping love at bay, as well as share keys to becoming magnetic to love. Week one prepares participants for inviting love into their

lives. Week two provides the opportunity to clear away inner obstacles to love that have to do with unfinished business of the past. During week three, participants receive help identifying love identity core beliefs and begin to see the subtle ways they have been relating that have unconsciously been causing them to validate these beliefs over and over again. Deepening the vision of love fulfilled and learning to navigate

into the future through the use of intuitive knowing begins during week four. In week five, participants awaken to a deeper level of self- love as the foundation for loving another. Cultivating a greater sense of happiness in life as the foundation for creating a happy, healthy loving relationship occurs through the practices in week six. Troughout the course of week seven, participants begin

relating to all obstacles, setbacks, disappointments and delays as opportunities to grow into more mature, integrated and powerful- ly loving versions of themselves in service to preparing to receive a fulfilling relationship. In committing to working through these simple steps, it is

possible to clear barriers to love and learn how to attract the per- fect partner and create happy, healthy love in life going forward.
