Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces Classes I


mprove your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in September and in October at locations throughout the Triangle and include a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equipment, or aptitude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health con- ditions. Students consistently report relief from pain, better flexibility and balance, and reduced stress.


NEW CLASSES BEGIN: n On Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, 2200 High House Road in Cary at 6:30 pm.


n On Thursday, Sept. 6, at 6pm at the Episcopal Center at Duke, 505 Alexander Avenue in Durham.


n On Monday, Sept. 10, at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Road in Durham at 11am and at Unity Church of Raleigh, 5214 Departure Drive, Raleigh, at 6:30 pm.
