Eyesus


Island Beats had the pleasure of meeting Eyesus up close and personal at the Calabash Restaurant in Vancouver we decided we wanted to bring you an up close and personal look at Eyesus a Canadian based Jamaican reggae artist.


Eyesus started off in the reggae industry from the tender age of 11 in the beautiful island of Jamaica.


In 2004 Eyesus introduced him self to the world with his first track Model Pon A Gal from that moment on he became connected with various radio sta- tions and promoters who wanted to book him on venues and expose his talent.


Since 2004 Eyesus has graced many stages especially here in Canada such as the Jambana Festival, Jamaica Day, Montreal Reggae Fest, and, Calgary Reg- gae Fest.


Eyesus also shared that he has shared the stage with icons such as Ma- vado, Sean Paul, and, RnB sensation Neo just to name a few.


Massive Eyesus has just recently released his EP in June and also his lat- est track in 2018 called Loyalty has been doing very well internationally in terms of air play.


Eyesus did inform us that he is an Indie artist and also shared that his major influences through out his career are conscious artists such as Buju Banton, Beenie Man, Shabba Ranks and not to forget Bounty Killer.
