Hello massive welcome to another Island Beats Magazine edition its now summer in full effect and I hope you are all having fun after all we sure deserve it we survived the long winter and even the tricks mother nature played on us with snow storms in April but that is behind us now and am hop- ing that you are enjoying the warm and beautiful weather.


There are so many activities in the music world taking place right now all the festivals and concerts and events how do we keep up is the question that we ask ourselves.


That is what Island Beats Magazine is here for to fill the gaps and keep you up to date on what is going on in the music world globally.


First of all next month is the 25th aniniversary of the Rototom Sunsplash in Benicassim there will so many reggae icons both current and legendary right now Spain is one of the main topics right now.


We then have upcoming in Jamaica Sumfest 2018 which will be kicking off on July 20, 2018 in Jamaica.


Not to mention our Canadian reggae festivals such as Jambana, Jamaica Day, and the Montreal reggae festival.


So much to enjoy this summer. With that in mind we welcome you to our July Edition as we take you on a walk of what is new in the world of music.
