ParentPay Hints and Tips:

• When a top up is made on ParentPay for school meals, it usually takes a few hours for the credit to show. We therefore suggest you top up the night before.

• Did you know you can set up reminders on ParentPay to inform you when the balance on the school meals account is low? From the homepage select View/Edit Profit and then Alert Settings

• You can also monitor the activity and food choices on your son’s ParentPay account in detail.

• We suggest you log on regularly to keep an eye on forthcoming deadlines.

• You are not charged for using ParentPay. The full amount you pay gets credited to your son’s account.

• Please note the school has not subscribed to the ParentPay SMS text alerts so please do not put money on to sign up to this service.

Our experience at the school is that the large majority of phone calls are calm, courteous and respectful - and we really do appreciate this. This constructive atmosphere leads to much more positive outcomes.

We very much encourage polite and
