uary 16, 2018 and Fred Bell on March 13, 2018. Frank and Fred were both long standing members of Ontario Trail Riders Association. A Memorial Service for Frank Bowman will be held May 12, 2018. Richmond Retirement Home, Bernard Ave, Richmond Hill. A Celebration of Fred’s life will be held on May 8, 2018, Lowville United Church, time to be announced.
