of Difficult Conversations BY TAMARA THOMAS, AMCARE/DOCTORS URGENT CARE OFFICES

Let's converse about conversations. Let's start by beginning the conversation clearly. I'll say some things, then you'll say some things, albeit without me knowing it, but a dialogue is about to ensue. This dialogue assumes that:

1. You have already identified some actual problem 2. This problem MUST be addressed 3. Addressing the problem will be "thorny"

4. There are two versions of this conversation: the one we have with employees and the one we have with donors. Thus, our conversation will be slightly "bilingual" to address each as we go.

There is a problem. You must address it. www.datia.org datia focus 33
