vidual to understand, recognize, manage, and maintain a spir- itual system, and a guide for introspection and self-assess- ment of one’s spiritual level. The book reveals how we can achieve peace and tranquility in our daily lives with this method through the spiritual force within us. I began to ask myself if there was something that, with-


out having physical mass or magnetism, communicated between or united people. If there was a system which, though imperceptible to our five senses, exists and unites us all, no matter how far apart people are physically, not limited by time or space, which we could call a “spiritual system.” Today, almost forty years after my first spiritual journey,


I can understand and see the importance of the spiritual sys- tem, the parts that form it and how it is done so that the daily journey is lived in peace, tranquility and constant happiness.


I began to understand that everything that happens to us is for good in the light of the spir- itual system that makes up our daily life, along with family, friends and other people or entities that interact in my life. The book focuses on people who have a desire for spirituality, providing a tool to


understand how and from where the spiritual part of the individual is nourished. It explains in simple terms a person’s spiritual composition, known as spiritualDNA. The book reveals that the result of any spiritual project, by an individual or by a


group of people, can be measured and reproduced, affirming that the spiritual system is an exact discipline, a spiritual science. The book is based on the practice of Kabbalah, based on the book Zohar. Spirituality


is the reason for and core of all religions, but it’s worth mentioning that this book is not about religion. The book will also serve those who seek answers related to their interpersonal rela-


tionships, love, mental health, motivation and self-help. For those people who are positive in nature, the content of this book will be of good


value for reflection, even if they are not willing to apply the written guidelines and sug- gestions. By implementing themodel presented here, we will achieve a success at any pursuit,


due that we will learn to link up our activity with a spiritual purpose. For the individual already in the path to spiritual enlightenment, the book explains

MYOFASCIAL TRIGGER POINT THERAPY will teach the theory of what trigger points are, how they develop and common locations & referral patterns. You will learn to identify, assess and treat myofas- cial trigger points throughout the body. You will learn a variety of treatment techniques including, positional and myofascial release, direct pressure, contract/relax and other neuromuscular techniques During this 2 day workshop: We will review the anatomical struc- ture of the areas being treated, learn the hands-on techniques, practice and receive the myofas- cial trigger point therapy. For the hands on work you should bring sheets, a pillow and wear shorts.
