my cooking lessons at home. I would host three to five people and we would cook either a whole meal, including a starter, main and dessert or a specific menu. After cooking was done, we would sit down and enjoy our delicious meal with a few glasses of wine and diners would go home with their cooked recipes. Lately I have put my cooking classes on hold as we are busy with a big family project, but I’ll defi- nitely come back with all the great ideas I have had through feedback, like children’s cooking classes and supper club nights.


With all that cooking going around, I started photographing the tarts and my iPhone became my professional camera. Having a passion for photography since my college years and under the advice of my Instagram-fanatic friend, I decided to share the photos on Instagram, which then was completely new to me. So now I share my every day cooking either with some tips, a recipe or a story about the dish, which you are welcome to enjoy.

something made entirely by you. I love when my kids and my husband run to the kitchen wanting to uncover the pots, ask- ing me “what smells so good?!” I love it even more when they say I’m the best cook in the “whole wide world!” It's a slightly biased opinion, but you are wel- come to give me yours...

Friends started to push me to bake for them for special occasions, which led to my weekend baking auction group — I baked a few tarts, posted their pictures and they were sold within an hour
