reparations are underway for Woodbury’s 23nd Annual Earth Day celebration, which will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 11 AM to 4 PM at Hollow Park in beautiful Wood-


bury. As the largest Earth Day celebration in Connecticut, you won’t want to miss this ever-popular event fi lled with live music, delicious food, an artisan market, and earth-friendly activities for the entire family.


The Main Stage will showcase crowd-pleasing musicians in-


cluding The Wool Hats String Band jamgrass goup, HannaH's Field gypsy reggae, and Maia Dobbs acoustic singer/songwriter who will wow the audience while Bring the Hoopla gets them moving with their hula hoop zone. To help fuel you through the day, Big Green Eggs and Hamburgers, Sonny’s Grinders, Pizza to the People, Tipsy Cones, Chet’s Italian Ice, Kiefer’s Kettle Korn, and several others will be serving up some of your favorite eats!


Woodbury Earth Day visitors will enjoy a lively vendor fair


with over 100 local vendors, artisans, farmers and growers, local area non-profi ts and more. Raffl e for the River will benefi t event host Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition (PRWC), a Woodbury- based environmental non-profi t organization. Raffl e for the River features seven prizes in all including a Cannondale Adventure 2 Hybrid bike from Class Cycles in Southbury, a Mini-Max Big Green Egg from Woodbury Farm Market, a $500 gift card to New Morning Market, and more.
