Ingredients


• 1 Fish Fillet( preferably Swordfish ) • salt and pepper to taste • juice of a lemon • 2-3 asparagus • 2-3 beans(blanched) • 3-4 carrot batons(blanched) • 1tbsp butter • 1tsp olive


Directions In a bowl, marinate fish with salt,pepper and lemon juice


Simultaneously, heat a griddle pan add butter and oil, grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium high flame.


Take the fish off flame and in the same pan grill the vegetables ,once done grill the tomatoes and keep aside.


Serve grilled fish on a bed of vegetables top it up with grilled tomatoes as shown in the picture.


GRILLED FISH WITH SAUTÉ VEGGIES


Drizzle the left over sauce from the pan onto the fish or serve it along with the fish.
