The Fort Worth Dressage Club (FWDC) is a
club devoted to dressage and dressage activities for its members. We work throughout the year to provide educational opportunities and fun activi- ties for our members. FWDC holds monthly meetings at Szechuan

Ryan Major, Lindale, was rec-
ognized on January 10 as Leslie Cain Realty’s top producer for the month of December. She continued on a roll and marked a 74 in the $50,000 Amateur NCHA competi- tion the following weekend in Hamilton!
John, Punk, and Roy Carter
were inducted into the Texas Cow- boy Hall of Fame (HoF) on January 11 in Fort Worth. John, a legendary horseman, saw his first cutting in 1948 at the Fort Worth Stock Show. He was inducted into the NCHA Riders HoF in 1989 and Members HoF in 2000. Both of his sons fol- lowed him into the cutting horse business. Punk, a past NCHA presi- dent, has been an NCHA director for over 30 years. He was induced into the NCHA Members HoF in 2002. Roy has proven himself in the cut- ting as well.
Lucinda David, Joaquin,
earned first place in FWSSR’s AQHA Ranching Heritage Youth Level 1 Working Ranch Horse com- petition January 11, and on the 15th was Equine IQ Jr Champion there, too!
Anne Mason Jackson, a Junior
on Southern University’s equestrian team, was recognized on January 12 as NCEA’s December Signature Academics Standout Student-Ath- lete of the Month, in recognition for her outstanding performance out of the show ring. Her Fall GPA was 3.940 and she is very active in com- munity and school affairs.
Rebecca Stringer, Baton
Rouge, LA, received several awards at LA State Appaloosa Club’s 2017 awards banquet January 13. Among other things, she and Tuffenufftoim- press were recognized as HP youth and HP western performance cham- pion.
