Active Parties for Energetic Kids with Everyone Active
Three hundred lucky children!
Three hundred five-year-olds received free theatre tickets to see Pinocchio at ARC in December
Three hundred primary school children benefited from ARC’s pioneering A Theatre Trip for Every Child scheme last month. A Theatre Trip for Every Child, ARC’s charitable giving scheme, aims to give every five-year-old child in Stockton the chance to experience live theatre at ARC. For many children it will be their very first trip to the theatre and while the initiative prioritises the most disadvantaged children in the town, eventually it is hoped that all five-year olds in Stockton will benefit. Pupils from Mill Lane Primary School, Oaktree Academy, Tilery Primary School, Rosebrook Primary School and Harewood
Everyone Active offer a wide range of affordable and hassle- free parties which allow you and your child to focus on having as much fun as possible on their birthday. We’ve got swimming parties with inflatables, multi-sports and football parties, soft play parties and even roller discos on offer. Packages and activities vary by centre but all offer one hour of an ‘activity’ followed by thirty
minutes in the party room. In most cases you can bring your own catering or we can provide the food for you. What’s
Primary School – all in Stockton – visited ARC to see a performance of Pinocchio, courtesy of the generous donations from individuals and businesses. Mill Lane Primary School was the first school to receive tickets and Judy Stanyard, Deputy Head Teacher, said: “Thanks to the businesses who are supporting the scheme, we were thrilled to be able to bring our Year One pupils to see ARC’s Christmas show, Pinocchio. The class included some children who have never experienced anything like this. It’s a wonderful treat the children will never forget!”

Wear A Hat Day 2018
Please get involved in Wear A Hat Day on Thursday 29th March 2108 (or any day in March) to help raise funds for research into brain tumours.
This devastating disease kills more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to brain tumours. During Wear A Hat Day 2017, individuals, families, schools and other organisations all came together and raised over £300,000 to fund our research. Together we can reach our target of £600,000 – enough to fund a team of researchers for a year.
