Christmas is over, New Year has come and gone, what shall we celebrate next? The BIFA Freight Service Awards of course! On Thursday 18 January, around 500 sponsors, forwarders, customers and guests will gather at the Brewery in Central London to enjoy a delicious luncheon, hear an inspiring talk from the event host and celebrate the success of BIFA Members in nine award categories. The awards host, sponsored by ASM, is ‘Dragon Slayer’ Levi Roots, known to many as the creator of Reggae Reggae hot sauce. Prior to this Levi enjoyed success as a musician and is now also a regular presenter on BBC Radio 2 with his Best in Reggae From Across the Decades series. Levi will present certificates to each finalist, deliver an entertaining and inspiring speech, and then present trophies to the category winners along with the category sponsor.
