THE YEAR IN PHOTOS: 2017


Jerry Donohue has announced his retirement from his company, Mountain Equipment & Supply Company. Donohue has served on the ICI Board of Directors for over 25 years. Donohue has also served on the education, government affairs and membership committees.


This year marks the 40th anniversary of EMSCO, Inc. EMSCO began in 1977 as Electric Melting Services Company. They quickly cast their reputation as a melting industry’s first responder by providing world-class after market induction furnace repairs, rebuilds, and 24/7 emergency service


The recent graduation ceremony for the Investment Casting Institute’s Industry Certification Course was held on June 8th, 2017 and marked the 17th year of this successful program.


Much of the success of the program is due to the efforts of its director Dr. Russell Rosmait, professor of engineering technology at Pittsburg State University and to a faculty of volunteer professionals from Member Companies throughout the United States.
