FOOD!

EVENTS•ENTERTAINMENT•FOOD Pass The Butter ... continued from page 3

experimenting with many styles of recipes involving spices and marinades as well as new fl a- vors for BBQing just about any- thing under the sun. I still have a dream, beyond this newspaper to open a BBQ/ Beer venue. So many great beers available and fantastic wines, breads & fresh produce... it’s hard to go wrong when combining the bounty of So- noma County !! I bake nearly everyday too.

My wife and I share making meals. We talk, or I talk about opening a unique venue, but not a restaurant, and she says, ‘Oh no, don’t you have enough to do with the paper already?’ I do, but what Im really look- ing for is a small facility I can prepare my new marinades and dry rubs, that has refrigeration and bottle washing capabili- ties(500 to 1000 sq. ſt ). I’ll keep dreaming as I am in my 3rd year of developing Wine Coun- try, Marinades, Spices & Dry Rubs. Having worked in the last many months with an FDA offi - cer to get the product approved and onto the shelf has proven to be an education. Hopefully

cover of this paper is a recipe of love, kindness, entertain- ment, education & for celebrating the great things life has to off er, the best I can!

I had fun cooking for my family this

last T anksgiving and I hope you all did the same!
