Richard M. Beary


Nominated by the Florida Police Chiefs Association, is the Chief at the University of Central Florida. Chief Beary is a past president of FPCA and the International Chiefs of Police Associa- tion.


William B. Berger


Nominated by the Florida Police Chiefs Association, is the former Chief of police for North Miami Beach and Palm Bay Police Departments and current U.S. Marshal for the Middle Dis- trict of Florida. Marshal Berger is a past president of FPCA and the International Chiefs of Police Association.


James T. Moore


Nominated by the State Law Enforcement Chiefs Association, is the former Commissioner of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.


Neal J. Perry


Nominated by the Florida Sheriffs Association, was the former St. Johns County Sheriff. J.M. “Buddy” Phillips


Nominated by the Florida Sheriffs Association, was the former Suwannee County Sheriff.
