What to pack for your holiday The Panorama Restaurant on board has a smart casual dress code every evening. For men, a pair of trousers, chinos or smart (dark) jeans, coupled with a polo shirt or shirt is perfectly acceptable, though some guests may prefer to wear a jacket and/or tie. Ladies’ dress can range from tailored trouser suits or stylish dresses to casual separates or summer dresses. There is no requirement for black tie/formal wear on Fred. Olsen river cruises.


In the daytime casual wear is perfectly acceptable. Opt for shorts and T-shirt or polo shirt in sunnier climes, with a pair of lightweight trousers and a sweater or jacket for cooler temperatures.


Flights All prices shown in this brochure are based on fly-cruises, which include return flights from/to a London airport and transfers to/from the boat. Flights will be from any London airport to a relevant destination airport; this will be dependent on airline operations. Flights may be with any scheduled airline. The airline carrier and route will not be available until approximately 10 months prior to your return date, when airline schedules are published.


If you would like to fly from an airport outside London please request this at the time of booking; we will contact you to discuss options when the flights are released on sale. Please note that flights from an airport other than London maybe subject to an additional charge and may be non- refundable. Please see full terms and conditions on pages 46-50 for more information relating to flights and transfers.


Cruise-only Should you wish to make your own way to join Brabant; the cruise-only option is available on all Fred. Olsen river cruises. The amount to deduct from the fly-cruise price is shown on each itinerary page. This option means you’ll be able to book flights with times and the departure airport that suit you best. You will also need to arrange your own transfers to/from the boat.
