MARCH 2017 Trio Aquilon / EDM C Live classical music by Haydn, Gabriel Faure and Shostakovich

Trio Aquilon perform throughout the UK - including the South Bank Centre, Chichester Cathedral, Waltham Abbey, St Giles-in-the- Fields. They took part in such projects as a recording of William Walton’s Sonata for Radio France broadcast ‘Le Matin des Musiciens’. Recently joined by cellist Lawrence Durkin, a collaboration that allowed a fuller exploration of the rich piano trio repertoire. Tonight they will be performing Haydn Trio in ‘G’ Gypsy Rio; Gabriel Faure: Trio in D minor Op. 120 and Shostakovich Trio No 2 Op 67.
