you; in reading their Club brochure this re- ally caught my eye; “Ontario and Quebec have surplus electricity that they export. Ontario has so much that it pays other jurisdictions to take it. Electric vehicles charging at night could actually save Ontario electricity ratepayers money by us- ing that energy to recharge, rather than subsidiz- ing electricity users in other jurisdictions.” This is a glimpse into the future folks and car compa- nies are raising the bar by making the standard range of 200 miles as being the minimum for any new electric cars. Now, the club is looking for new members and hopes that this article will inspire you to check them out. New members will translate into more events, new friendships, and more knowl- edge and will help raise awareness of the electric car world.
