At this new wellness retreat we are very lucky to have our very own Shaman and Temazcal - a traditional Mayan sweat lodge. The Temazcal is a process of deep reflection, prayer and meditation in a powerful sacred space. Here the elements of steam, heat, darkness and ritual merge to help you to awaken your inner spirit.
