FITNESS

more than doing nothing and just sitting at home watching the tv. the main thing is to do something to keep your weight stable and your muscles strong so you are ready to carry on your chosen hobby next spring. Good luck. If you found this article interesting and would like one-on-one

help exercising or dietary advice please contact Harry Fenton (tel: 01803 770752). Harry is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 30 years experience in training and competition. As a 54 year old, he understands the problems of keeping fit when you are older and now specialises in fitness for the over 40s. Sessions cost £20/hour

When its founder, Seb, decided to relocate earlier this year I bought The Warehouse! It is now run by myself & head coach, Scott Silsbury, a qualified sports therapist. My journey began in January 2013 after developing health issues. I was a “voluptuous 18/20”- big and bub- bly by nature. But at each milestone birthday, I always had that nagging voice telling me I should get fit, strong and healthy. I did try but never succeeded, always sinking back to accepting I’d be big and bubbly instead. The truth was I was an ideal candidate for a stroke or worse. This is when I met Seb. Without his help & guidance

The Warehouse has been life changing for me.

I would not be writing this! The changes I’ve made in eating make perfect sense.

It’s a lifestyle change; therefore, it’s achievable long term (unlike fad diets). The

community within The Warehouse is support- ive & fun, it helps you to succeed. Why am I telling you my story? Because I know what it’s like to have a huge challenge ahead of you & how daunting it can feel to get started. I know all the excus- es you can come up with… but I also know everything is achievable & together we can achieve everything! Now? Well, I have lost an amazing amount of weight and dropped 3 dress sizes (see above). But it’s more than that. I have a fabulous extended family at The Warehouse and love them hugely. For the first time in my adult life I feel strong & healthy. Strong & healthy in body but also in mind. How strong, fit and healthy are you? Don’t like the answer? Then today is the per- fect day to start a new journey and The Warehouse is a fantastic community to help you succeed. Good Luck!
