A FIREFIGHTER’S PERSPECTIVE


In my years in the fire service, although less than a seasoned veteran, I have spent a great deal of time planning for school bus emergencies and training. Tis perspective has been incorporated into a powerful presentation tailored to reach drivers, supervisors and administrators. It’s a per- spective for all, not just big-city America or small- town U.S.A., because these incidents can happen anywhere. Tough when specifically compared as a mode of transportation to and from school, school buses are much safer than all other combined modes.
