Recently, Contech UK have come to an agreement with liquidators to buy the Premier Gunite company. Premier Gunite, was one of the oldest, most established installers of sprayed concrete shells in the country but fell victim to the recession earlier this year and went into liquidation along with its sister company Heritage Pools. Chris Benson of Contech UK said: “Although Premier Gunite were a competitor of ours it is always sad when such a well known and established company goes out of business. By buying Premier Gunite we hope to keep the name alive and amalgamate it within the Contech banner.”
