There, featured artists David Heatwole, Tim Knepp, and Sandra Payne will chalk huge works on the street in front of the new town tall. Knepp is one of the more
prolific painters of works for federal installations. He has painted permanent murals at the National Zoo and paintings for the visitor center at Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area. Chances are, if you’re someone who visits national parks or for- ests, you’ve seen Knepp’s work. Knepp is also highly sought for commissioned work in private homes, where he creates room-
