mation articles in Warmbloods Today. In Mar/Apr 2011, the most recent issue, you discuss the jumper Cadet 7. You have two pictures of him. In both, he appears to be wearing a ziptie on his near fore pastern. Am I seeing it correctly? Is that really a ziptie? Thank you for your attention and for your very

informative articles. Michelle, Olympia, WA No, it is not a ziptie. What you are seeing is a good luck We just got our new issue of Warmbloods Today.

GREAT JOB on the 70 Day Test article. I've been anxiously waiting for the article, and wondering how you were going to discuss all the subjects that needed to be covered while being delicate yet not watered down. I think you hit the balance point perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed the article. Jim Miller, Greenstone Farm, Culpeper, VA

CORRECTIONS In the January/February article entitled “Lusitano Breeding” we inadvertently omitted the name of one of the horses shown on page 59 performing the piaffe at the McPhail Center. Bettina Drummond was the rider in the photo, but the horse is not Mimi, but actually the stallion Saltando do Norte, owned by Barbara North. He was also used for testing besides Bettina’s horse Mimi.

In the March/April edition, on page 70 we reported the score incorrectly for the champion of the 70-Day Stallion Test, Contiano BF. We reported his final score as 126.86 (which

was his dressage score), when his overall final score was actually 129.88. We apologize for the error. —Eds
