In mid October SculptureWalk Castlegar held their first annual Gala Awards Night.


It was a


resounding community success. The sold out event was held at the Element Bar and Grill and featured the presentation of the People’s Choice and Artistic Merit Awards for the 2010 sculptures, the launch of the 2011 SculptureWalk program, and a live theatre performance of Sylvia by the Many Hats Theatre Company of Penticton, British Columbia. Artists and local dignitaries in attendance declared ScultptureWalk an overwhelming success and a wonderful example of art and commerce working together.
