THE LEVENTHORPE SCHOOL INVITATION FOR
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR SELECT TENDER LIST
COMMUNITY & SCHOOL SPORTS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
The Governors of The Leventhorpe School invite expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced companies or organisations. This is for consideration for a shortlist to respond to an invitation to negotiate (ITN) for a management contract. The contract would be for the management of the sports facilities currently under construction at the School. The Leventhorpe School is a Foundation School located in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire.
The facilities being constructed include a sports and recreation building with a sports hall, fitness gym, dance studio, classroom and indoor and outdoor changing facilities, together with a floodlit artificial turf pitch and floodlit tennis courts.
Companies or organisations must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of managing indoor and outdoor community sports facilities. It is anticipated that a contract would be in place for the completion of the facilities scheduled for the summer of 2011.
All those wishing to express interest are required to register such interest and complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) by 1200 hours on January 11th 2011. An opportunity to visit the School will be provided prior to the EOI submission date. Those companies passing the pre-qualification evaluation process will then receive an invitation to make a tender submission.

The pre-qualification questionnaire should arrive at L&R International no later than 12 Noon on 11 January 2011.
Pre-qualification questionnaires sent by post should be registered or sent by recorded delivery. Faxed or e-mailed PQQs will not be accepted. An official receipt should be obtained for a PQQ delivered by hand. At the tender stage the School will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
EDMONTON COUNTY SCHOOL CAMBRIDGE CAMPUS
Tender Opportunity - Development of Outdoor Soccer Centre
The London Borough of Enfield is inviting contractors to submit an expression of interest from suitably qualified organisations to design, build, finance and operate a new outdoor floodlit soccer centre on the playing fields at Edmonton County Upper School.
The facilities to be provided, which will be determined as part of a competitive dialogue process, will include a number of outdoor floodlit all weather football pitches, changing accommodation and bar/ café. There are currently 87 car park spaces at the school.
The award of the contract will be based on the most economically advantageous tender (which may include lease length, annual rental and profit share), innovative design and the amount of free use of the facility made available to the school/ community. Companies wishing to tender for this contract are invited, in the first instance, to complete a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
Completed pre-qualification questionnaires and all required supporting information must be received at the address shown below by 14:00 on Tuesday 14 December 2010.
The Council will select a minimum of 3 companies from the pre- qualification evaluation process, to proceed onto the Invitation to Participate in Dialogue Stage.
