taoist tai chi society Announces open house dates and spring class schedule
P
eople of all ages can benefit from the gentle stretching movement of Tai Chi.
Benefits include improved circulation, increased flexibility, better balance, and reduced stress. Tai Chi helps many health problems, including poor circulation, high blood pressure, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, and others. Be sure to visit during their Open
House dates: Saturday, January 8 and February 12 at 11:30am in Raleigh’s Oak Park Shopping Center, 5218 Hollyridge Drive. Classes begin in Raleigh at 5218
Hollyridge Drive on Monday, January 10 at 10:30am or 7:00pm and on Tuesday, February 15 at 10:00am, 12:15pm and 6:00pm.
Classes begin in Durham at the Eno
River Universalist Unitarian Fellowship on Monday, January 17 at 9:30am and at the Durham Friends Meeting House at 5:45pm. Classes in Hillsborough begin on
Tuesday, January 11 at 12:15pm at the Market Pavilion on Margaret Lane. Classes begin in Chapel Hill on
Tuesday, February 15 at 9:15am in North Forest Hills Park off Collums Road.
