Raise Your Expectations - EFT Will Help You Exceed Them

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an effective, painless, drug-free method that heals body and mind. EFT is a simple process of tapping your fingertips on certain acupuncture points while talking with a trained EFT practitioner about the problem or issue at hand.

Is EFT effective? Yes. Every day clients tell us they feel positive change they could not achieve on their own, in psychotherapy, or through mainstream or alternative medicine. When used by a trained practitioner, EFT often works when nothing else will. EFT has been effective in helping clients:

> Heal from anger and abuse > Overcome addictions > Accept themselves > Lose weight > Improve sleep

> Relieve depression

> Strengthen relationships > Grieve appropriately > Laugh more > Reduce stress

> Alleviate back and neck pain, headaches and migraines > Refine time management and organizational skills > Gain control over phobias, fears, anxiety, and panic attacks > Excel in business, sports and personal endeavors

WE ARE ABLE TO DO EFT IN PERSON, BY PHONE AND ON SKYPE.

years, and has become increasingly concerned as families face mounting difficulties with defiant behavior, ADHD, autism, depression, divorce, food and sleep issues and other stressors. She has developed a series of interven- tion tools to guide families as they achieve real change in their lives. She says the most effective is EFT. We recently spoke with her: NA: Is EFT for everyone? ST: No. I would estimate

80% do not want to change; do not want to heal; do not really want their lives to be better. They say the words “I want this …”, but everything else about them is screaming “No!” People become used to, even comfortable with, their problems and illnesses. For many, a voice tells them the lie that they deserve the difficulties they struggle with, and they believe that lie.

On the other hand, they do not believe they can be

forgiven or that God’s help will come, and certainly not from a strange method like EFT. They sabotage themselves, cancel appointments, talk themselves out of good things and refuse the help they need. This is called “Psychological Reversal” and it is the first thing we treat with EFT. The remaining 20% are those we work with. Some

decide to try EFT because they are desperate. Others have determined they are going to make a change – they truly want something better than what they have and believe there is a way to get it. Others have been praying for God’s help and were led to EFT. Those who really want improved emotional and physi-

cal health, better relationships, and a more peaceful life usually understand that in order to get something different, they must do something different. They often embrace EFT and usually become ardent users and promoters of it.
