It is expected that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (“TUPE”) will apply to the award of the contract and that staff may transfer to an incoming provider.

Bidders are expected to seek

Bidding organisations must complete a Pre Qualifi cation Questionnaire and demonstrate a dynamic and proven successful track record in the operation of a leisure facility in order to be included on the Council’s tender list. The successful bidder will be selected through a competitive dialogue process.

Interested organisations can request an information pack and pre-qualifi cation questionnaire from: Ray Figg, Head of Cultural Services, Telephone: 01453 754407 or ray.fi gg@stroud.gov.uk

The closing date for the return of completed questionnaires is 13.00 on Tuesday 8 June 2010.
