‘Learning & Legacy’ – 2014 European Teaching & Coaching
Conference in conjunction with Ryder Cup Europe
The 2014 European Teaching & Coaching Conference (TCC) in conjunction with Ryder Cup Europe saw over 25 nationalities come together for two days at Stirling University in Scotland where a star-studded programme of speakers delighted delegates with insights into their own experiences of coaching.
The two-day programme of seminars featured an eclectic mix of subject
matter looking at the grass roots of golf all the way up to the elite game, but culminated in a panel session with four of Scotland’s greatest sporting legends from across various sports. Ryder Cup legend Bernard Gallacher, former Scottish International
Rugby player Gavin Hastings, Captain of the British Fed Cup Team and former Scottish National Tennis Coach Judy Murray, and former Chief
Executive of the European Tour and current PGAs of Europe Board Member Ken Schofield, were each on hand to share their knowledge with the attending delegates. Whilst at the TCC, International Golf Pro News
