Middlesex University Batch Scheme


We are running a batch scheme in conjunction with OVRO to make it more convenient for you to register with police. The scheme involves Middlesex students going on one of three pre- booked appointments which take place on Saturdays. This means that you would avoid long waiting times that may occur during the week.


How to register:


Make sure to attend the Visa & Immigration workshop on 24 September where instructions will be given on how to sign up.


Please bring the following documents with you on 24 September:


— Passport and Visa, Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) if applicable.


— Two colour passport sized photographs (these must be cut to size and stapled to the completed proforma before your visit).


Our staff and student ambassadors will assist you in filling out the application form, take copies of your passport and visa and put the documentation together ready to take to your appointment. You will be able to sign up for date and time that you wish to attend when you fill out your application.
