Many of Broderick’s 50 employers
have been with the company since it began and it’s back in Ireland where the brothers keep their fleet of eye-catching, liveried vehicles, including a vintage Hillman Hunter named ‘The Chocolate Rocket’. Their largest delivery truck is called ‘Sticky Wicky Licky Lorry’ and others in the fleet are named ‘The Cake Mobile’ and ‘Chocky Chocky Bang Bang Van’.

NEW EXHIBITOR 4. Delyse Having just opened a new HPP, or High Pressure Processing plant, in LA, Delyse was keen show off its range of healthy, fresh salads, which thanks to HPP, have a shelf life of 60 days from production.
Delyse offers travel caterers the option of separate condiments, portion-packed, so they can build their own salads. The Delyse range also includes sandwiches, wraps, ready-meals, and sweet treats.

5. A l’Olivier This French olive oil producer had two new products to display: an extra virgin olive oil from a small region of Provence and the Grande Reserve dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

NEW EXHIBITOR 6. Vingooo A new wine serving concept for onboard, Vinagooo serves Spanish wine in red,
white and rosé as well as sangria with plans to offer French and Italian varieties too. It comes in a non-breakable, recyclable 229g, 187ml PET container with a peel-back foil lid and is designed to save space and weight in a trolley.

7. Rustichelli Srl. The Milan-based kosher meal-specialist has been around since 1919 and has offered inflight catering which is kosher, Halal and gluten-free since 2003. Its range includes ready meals, single dishes and snacks as well as meal boxes including drinks. Hot meals come frozen and fresh but long-lasting and pasteurised.
