Reliable monitoring of road users: New ALPR/ANPR software library
A
Gap Filler 4000 extends Bergquist’s Gap Filler family
thermal interface material, delivering best-in-class thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m-K and extended working time of up to four hours allowing greater flexibility in dispensing and assembly processes. The two-part liquid material has shear thinning for
G characteristics optimum dispensing, and
displays excellent wetting with ultra conformability to minimise stress on components during assembly. Ideal for filling unique and intricate air voids and gaps, Gap Filler 4000 remains in place after dispensing and maintains its shape on the target surface. It has a low level of natural tack, and is intended for applications where a strong structural bond is not required. Cure time is 24 hours at room temperature or 30 minutes at 100°C. Gap Filler 4000 extends Bergquist’s Gap Filler family of liquid dispensable materials, which now offers eight formulations with thermal conductivity ranging from 1.0 W/m-K to 4.0 W/m-K.

(hall 1, stand 1-109) will present a high-performance, hardware-independent OEM software designed for integration into a wide range of surveillance systems. With a typical processing time of 30 ms and a recognition accuracy of more than 96%, the new ALPR/ANPR library (Automatic License Plate / Automatic Number Plate Reader) is very fast and precise. It reliably identifies even dirty, damaged or skewed license plates. The software can be used throughout the world, and country codes on license plates are recognized with more than 90% accuracy. Weak or suboptimal lighting do not affect operation. The software is suitable for use with Windows- or Linux-based mobile or embedded systems.

n2Connect carries a wide variety of D-sub connector families and accessories. Their Sunkye R04 Micro D-sub connectors to MIL-DTL-83513 and R06 Nano D-sub connectors to MIL-DTL-32139 are highly reliable and are comparable to many other brands like Glenair, ITT, etc whilst offering a superior cost/performance ratio. The accepted standard twist pin pitch is 0.635mm (0.025") but Sunkye's twist pin contact technology based on extensive research and production has produced and qualification tested nano pogo pin contacts with an incredible 0.381mm pitch (0.015") thus producing the ultimate connector footprint for the smallest and most demanding spaces.
R06 Nano D-subs can be supplied as plugs and receptacles with 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 69 pins,
etc. plus a range of screw and nut fixing hardware. Connectors can be supplied factory attached to BS 3G 210, PTFE wires in lengths to meet customer requirements.

ntra-logistics partner STROTHMANN repositions its RoundTrack transport technology for heavy loads, forming the new division ProductionLogistics to indicate the company’s significant diversification in recent years. CEO Derek P. Clark says, “Initially, RoundTracks were developed to transport dies and blanks in press shops. Today, we are confronted with all-new and much more complex tasks in various industry sectors. We configure entire manufacturing and assembly lines based on
RoundTrack technology. In doing that, we are largely responsible for making our customers’ production processes more efficient and ergonomic.” The modular system for planning and implementing individual intra-logistics concepts comprises floor rails with a range of crossings, standard and customized trolleys, and drive technologies, for instance STROTHMANN’s proprietary intermittent drive or direct drives integrated in RoundTrack carts. The company also designs and supplies additional interfacing technologies such as hoist equipment.

10 channel Furnace Tracker for glass tempering D
Rugged GRP enclosures replace sheet steel control cabinets
F
atapaq extends its Furnace Tracker product range, adding a new ten thermocouple channel model designed specifically for use in low-height furnaces. The data logger stores up to 18,000 readings per channel at intervals from 0.05 seconds to 10 minutes. Ceramic- coated and laser-welded, the 29 mm high thermal barrier ensures a long operational life. The ten and four channel Furnace Tracker systems for glass tempering furnaces accurately measure temperatures from all types of glass, including hard and soft-coated low-E glass. Thus, users can optimize cycle times and reduce energy costs. The accompanying software features comprehensive analysis and archiving functions and enables users to see quickly and easily what is really happening inside the furnace.

IBOX presents new all-purpose plastic enclosures for indoor and outdoor applications. The ARCA series comprises 14 sizes ranging from 200 x 300 x 150 mm to 800 x 600 x 300 mm. The glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate enclosures feature a PUR injection foam seal and permanently withstand temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C. An additional silicone gasket increases the tolerance to 120 °C. Light-weight, corrosion-resistant ARCA enclosures can be customized easily,
quickly, and without
special tools. They are a real alternative to sheet steel enclosures, performance-wise as well as economically. Featuring IK10 impact resistance, the enclosures are vandalism-proof. Roof and inner frame are designed to let water drain externally. Accessories include a rain/snow hood. The new ARCA enclosures have IP66/IP67 ingress protection (NEMA/UL 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 12, 12K, 13) and an excellent UL94 V-0, 5VA flammability rating.
