Frédéric FONTAINE is managing partner at FONTAINE MITRANI AARPI, law firm. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities law.

He attended the 10th session of the Cycle des Hautes Etudes pour le Développement Economique – CHEDE (Institute for High Studies for Economic Development) and is currently a member of the 66th session of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale – IHEDN (French Institute of high studies for national defence).

We also advised FREY SA on the corporate governance changes following the entry of the new institutional shareholders in the share capital of the company.
