Frédéric FONTAINE is managing partner at FONTAINE MITRANI AARPI, law firm. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities law.
He mainly advises French listed or private companies as well as start up.
He has an extensive experience of capital market transactions as well as private ones.
He also handles corporate and stock exchange litigation matters and French stock market authority proceedings.
Frédéric holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) of business law from the University of Paris II Assas and a post-graduate degree (DESS) of Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
He attended the 10th session of the Cycle des Hautes Etudes pour le Développement Economique – CHEDE (Institute for High Studies for Economic Development) and is currently a member of the 66th session of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale – IHEDN (French Institute of high studies for national defence).
