With party season in full swing, Waterfront embraces a bygone era at entrepreneur Nick House’s new one-stop destination, Steam & Rye

pening late November 2013, Steam & Rye is a Prohibition era-themed venue from London entrepreneur Nick House, the co-


founder of the capital’s Mahiki, Whisky Mist and Bodo’s Schloss. Inspired by 1920s America, the decadent bar and restaurant brings America’s Gilded Age to the old Bank of New York building in the heart of the City of London. It will also see Nick House team up with British model Kelly Brook to give his impressive hospitality cre- dentials a touch of old-school glamour. “I have always been inspired by the glam- our and opulence of 1920s America, and am thrilled to be collaborating on this project with Nick House,” said Kelly Brook. “Tis is my first venture into nightlife hospitality, and
