SEEKING CASTING SALES REPRESENTATIVE— Stable, profitable, dynamic mid-size gray iron/green sand foundry is seeking sales representative who is aggressive and successful at developing new accounts and building business relationships. Our foundry has a unique market niche and offers a diverse capability set producing class 25, 30 and 35 castings. We are ISO certified and have a secure and long-standing customer base. Through capital investment and efficiency improvement we are developing capacity and wish to find the right firm to partner with in the marketplace. Our capability ranges from one pound to sixty pounds and includes high pressure/ tight tolerance mold- ing and complex, highly cored castings. Firms replying to this opportunity should have a proven track record of casting sales and relationship build- ing. They must be capable of complete program management from quotation through launch and customer/quality service and follow up after launch. We work with our sales representatives on a straight commission basis and can tailor the agreement to provide maximum benefit and market flexibility given the proper conditions.
