• Have teaching and/or coaching experience
• Possess 5 years of hands-on experience in the metalcasting industry
• Feel comfortable with speaking to large groups V
• Be willing to teach at least twice per year and travel
• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process

Responsibilities: Management of product and tooling engineering team and support personnel. Tooling and product Design, Solidification model- ing and a working knowledge of Inventor and Solidworks is a must. This position will interface on a daily basis with sales, quality, production and management to assist Astech in exceeding customer expectations. Applicants must have a well rounded knowledge of all foundry processes and a minimum of 8 years experience as engineering manager.
