A tale of three cities T


he OPP “Doing business in South East Asia” Tour offers you an easy and cost-effi cient way of entering this vibrant market or building upon your existing presence there. It follows on from our highly successful “Doing Business in China” Tour (see page 64).


In each of the three cities we are visiting it will introduce our ‘overseas delegates’ – in the main, developers and master agents from around the world – both to the market and to our ‘local delegates’. In the main, these will be real estate agents and emigration agents based in the area and keen to sell oversas property into their local market.


Seminars & Meetings It does this by offering each delegate a unique combination of seminars (designed to put you all ‘on the same page’) and ‘One to One’ meetings.


Limited Size We limit each OPP tour to a maximum of 20 ‘overseas delegate’ companies. We also make sure that they come from a variety of different places so that we don’t have too many delegates from any one country.


At the time of going to press the tour is almost fully sold out – many of the places going to the people who attended the China tour.


Our Aim


Our aim is simple: to hook up suitable local agents and overseas delegates so that they can do profi table business together.


Three Great Cities We will be visiting three great cities with booming markets – Hong Kong, (Sunday night, Monday & Tuesday) Kuala Lumpur (Wednesday & Thursday) & Singapore (Friday & Saturday) – in seven working days. In each city we will be running a


program similar to the one shown below.

Nobody said that you couldn’t have fun whilst doing business. Although these tours are tiring and hard work, if previous experience is anything to go by they will also offer lots of opportunity for socialising with the other delegates – and, in the process, learning a lot from them.


Dates


The tour runs from Sunday, 20th January 2013 until Saturday, 26th January 2013.


Cost


Depending upon where you fl y from, the tour will cost you about £5,000 all in all.
