Most come with finance packages of 70%-90% LTV and have been discounted by at least 40% from peak. Distressed Sales
We have also contacted the developers with the best, most sellable projects in the Benahavis Municipality and negotiated exclusive terms for our network. We’ve turned away many projects and have only taken on those that meet our strict criteria of location, quality, price and buyer terms.
The level of commission available and terms of the buyer financing varies from one development to the next but we will always be 100% transparent with our network partners.
