As of January 1, 2013, Dr. Sven Olaf Eggers will be the new director of PATRIZIA WohnInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (KAG), a German investment company. As the successor to Cornelius Hell, who will leave the company on December 31, 2012, he will assume management duties at PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG alongside Peter Willisch from the coming fi scal year. Dr. Eggers has already been working
for PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG, founded in 2007, as the head of Fund Accounting since July 2011. Previously, he spent seven years working at Deka
Immobilien GmbH, most recently as the head of International Financial and Equity Investment Management. “I am delighted that we can entrust

New York-based investment bank Gilford Securities has announced that Jeremy Pinchot has joined the fi rm as senior vice president of equity research. Resort Group has announced it has fi nalised agreements with Wyndham Hotel Group and Sophos Hotels for its Harmony Bay Resort & Spa located in Akbuk, Turkey. The Turkish holiday resort will
bear the Ramada brand and will be recognised as the ‘Ramada Resort Akbuk’ upon opening in 2014. Sophos hotels, the Swiss hospitality company who manage a large proportion of Wyndham Ramada hotels and resorts around the world, has been named as the contracted manager for the resort. Thomas new NAR president
America’s National Association of Relators (NAR) has a new president. Gary Thomas, a Realtor® in Orange
County, California, was confi rmed as 2013 president by the NAR’s Board of Directors meeting during its national conference and Expo. Last year, Mr Thomas was NAR president-elect and he was fi rst vice president in 2011.

Realty in Villa Park, Orange County, California, and has more than 35 years’ experience in the business.
