Peanut Butter Everyone’s Favorite


Beef Kabobs with Peanut Sauce


   

Mix curry powder, sesame oil, lime


juice, 1 Tbsp. of the light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. of the chili powder, and 1 Tbsp. of the soy sauce in a bowl. Add in the beef cubes and toss to evenly coat beef. Cover and leave in fridge to marinate from 30 minutes to overnight. Just before cooking the beef, mix the remaining 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. brown sugar,


onion, coconut milk and peanut butter in saucepan. Stir the sauce frequently over medium heat until simmering. Cover and remove from heat, but


keep warm. Thread beef cubes on skewers that have soaked in water. Broil or grill kabobs. Serve with peanut dipping sauce.


Peanut Butter Granola


    


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl and microwave until peanut butter melts
